If you are interested in reserving any Queen of Peace facility, please contact the pastorate office for availability. The following documents must be completed and received in the business office two weeks after reserving your date. If not received, the date will be made available for others to reserve.

1-day Event Insurance Coverage  

• Must have Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000.  If you do not have your own $1,000,000 Liability Coverage, you can purchase it through the Diocese for a fee.  Just complete this 1-day event form and send payment to the church office.
